Admitted in 1994 to the practice of law in New York and New Jersey. Robert Manners attended New York Law School, Baruch College and the University of Paris where he graduated with a JD/MBA, through a joint graduate degree program. He also studied law at Oxford University in England. While in Paris, Mr. Manners worked in the International Capital Markets division of Crédit Lyonnais investment bank. In 1999 Robert Manners established Manners & Associates, now Manners & Malone, PLLC with the focus on assisting small to mid-size companies to grow. Since then the firm has expanded to include a variety of business, real estate and finance related areas, as well as family law, church law, and appeals. Mr. Malone attended Oral Roberts University and Hofstra University School of Law. While at ORU, Randy majored in History and minored in Government, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After an additional year at ORU's seminary, and before entering law school Randy managed property acquisitions, for a small real estate syndicator that used tax credits to finance development of low- income housing. Randy was admitted to the practice of law in New York State in 1996. Prior to joining Manners & Malone, PLLC, Randy was in general practice handling trials and appeals for a medium-sized firm in Great Neck, New York. In 2014 Randy received Long Island Business News' "50 Around 50" award, for "outstanding achievements, leadership, and contribution to Long Island". In 2016 Randy's peers in family law voted him a New York State "Superlawyer", a designation given to only about 5% of practicing attorneys. Randy is a member of the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations, and Christian Legal Society.
